Scholarship Program
Since 2004, VACEF has been providing support for elementary through high
school age children living in villages in and around Hue to attend school.
Each year VACEF provides scholarships for about 40 children.
The scholarships are distributed by the
Office of Genetic Counseling and Disabled Children (OGDC)
and Committee on Population, Family and Children of Hue City (CPFC).
