The Vietnamese-American Culture And Education Foundation is a non-profit, cultural, educational and humanitarian organization with multi-ethnic volunteers committed to promoting its mission.

Our Mission

•

•        Promote education, cultural exchange and humanitarian aid between Hawai'i and Vietnam.

•         Promote linkages of mutual interest between the Vietnamese-American community and other ethnic communities in Hawai'i.

•         Promote understanding of American and Hawaii's multi-ethnic culture among the people of Vietnam.
